Blumenthal Was a No-Combat Veteran; Carnahan Was a Government Bank Executive
St. Louis – Connecticut liberal Democrat U.S. Senate candidate Richard Blumenthal has joined Missouri liberal Democrat U.S. Senate candidate Robin Carnahan in a new movement started by Carnahan: Tell false stories about yourself. Carnahan was exposed two weeks ago when she was caught falsifying her official biography to remove her long-standing boast of being a Washington banking executive. Now, Carnahan says she was never a “banking executive."
The New York Times today exposed Blumenthal for what Carnahan started. The Times caught Blumenthal claiming to serve in Vietnam when in truth he never served there.

This cartoon caper takes viewers behind the backdoors of Washington to see how Harry “Batman” Reid and Nancy Pelosi are using liberal rubber stamps like Robin Carnahan to cram bad ideas like ObamaCare, the job-killing cap and tax bill and the failing so-called "stimulus" down the throats of the American people.

St. Louis - The National Federation of Independent Business, America's leading small business association has announced it is endorsing Roy Blunt for U.S. Senate for his record of support for Missouri job creators and their employees.
"Throughout his career in public service, Roy Blunt has consistently stood with small business on key issues," said Lisa Goeas, NFIB's vice president for political operations. "For example, he's been a strong supporter of allowing small businesses to form purchasing pools and buy health insurance across state lines, a key priority for our members."
"In addition, he has consistently worked to cut taxes and reduce government spending," Goeas added. "Moreover, Blunt adamantly opposes the cap-and-trade system, citing the devastating impact the legislation would have on small businesses through new taxes and increased government power. This is an opportunity to elect a true friend of small business to represent our Missouri members in the Senate."
